Salary Range: $105,000 – $140,000 DOE/DOQ

The North American Blueberry Council (NABC) and U.S. Highbush Blueberry Council (USHBC) are seeking a highly skilled and strategically minded Operations Director/Board Secretary to lead critical governance, compliance and operational initiatives for two nationally recognized organizations at the forefront of the blueberry industry. This pivotal role supports the integrity of public process and regulatory oversight, serving as a key liaison between the councils and the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), while ensuring the highest standards of board governance and organizational accountability. The successful candidate will be an experienced operations and compliance professional with a demonstrated track record in regulatory affairs, board administration and nonprofit or public agency operations.
